haha super adorable!! I love the way you drew the teeth and the flames on the candles are well done as well! Plus the way you drew him, you gave him a very cute expression :3 i love it!

I don't really like how you did the shine on his teeth though, I don't really like where its positioned and the color of it, not to be mean or anything I just wanted to point that out. And I feel like the text is not realistic enough to be on a cake, i was hoping to see a more light blue colored 'frosting' like text. But other then that I really like how you drew this character <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> very cute and adorable!
